A delicious floral black tea with a creamy texture. Less than 15kg of this special tea was made by Takuya Yokoyama at Issin-en farm in Miyazaki prefecture using the Koshun cultivar which is quote syrupy and is reminiscent of sweet cinnamon.

Brew with water just off the boil and around 3g of leaf per 150ml of water.

Description

Takuya Yokoyama is a wonderful, young tea maker producing teas at Issin-en farm. Issin-en is located in Miyazaki prefecture on the southern Japanese island of Kyushu. The farm is a pioneer of natural farming and has been producing delicious Kamairicha tea without agrochemicals for over 30 years and more recently interesting black and oolong teas.
