This is our latest and best attempt at a super delicious strong black tea for the nation’s mugs. The base is a robust Second Flush Assam from the Karbi small farmer co-op but the secret ingredient is a special Taiwanese Ruby Red tea from the award winning farmer Master Lin. Master Lin farms in the Lugu area where he makes award winning Dong Ding teas. At lower altitude he has a field of about 3 acres of Red Ruby or Taiwan Cultivar No. 18 an Assamica and local Taiwanese Sinensis hybrid. Great with and without milk.
