Master Xu's Rou Gui*
Master Xu's Rou Gui is a refreshing roasted Wuyi oolong made by the maker and one of the guardians of the original Da Hong Pao trees. Fragrant, fruity with a slight rose aroma combines with well the roasted taste of this tea.
Brew with boiled water that has been allowed to cool for a couple of minutes and a large teaspoon per cup.

This is the entrance to the special scenic area of Wuyishan where this tea and other famous rock teas we sell are produced by Master Xu. Home to the world's rarest oolongs, annual production of teas from this special area is dwarfed by the production of other so-called "Wuyi" oolongs produced many miles away in a different environment, and by very different methods.
