Time changes many things including food and drink. Some things get better, others don’t and some change in interesting and unexpected ways. After his wildly popular exploration of aged Puerh teas in August, Louis Chang returns at the end of this month to reprise some of the very special aged Puerhs (1970s Yellow Mark, 1980s 7542 and 1990s 8582) he shared last time and introduce us to the wonderful world of aged Taiwanese oolongs and Baozhongs – a 1976 Dongding Oolong, a 1981 Wenshan Baozhong and a 1986 Dongding Oolong which are delicious and rich in flavour and fruit! The tasting will be on Saturday November 29th at 10-30am and can be booked below.
