A classic roasted Anxi Tie Guan Yin from a farm just 400m from the Tie Guan Yin mother trees. We have been admirers of Master Wei’s teas for several years and are so thrilled to have a small amount of her very limited production of 100 year old tree tea. She is one of the few tea makers to be recognised as a\u00a0Representative Inheritor of Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea Making Technique.<\/span><\/p>\n

This roasted Tie Guan Yin is delightfully smooth and sweet with ripe autumnal stewed stone-fruit flavours. Funkier and more vibrant than the Spring version, this is the closest thing to walking through an autumnal woodland you can enjoy in a cup of tea.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Brew with freshly boiled water and a generous teaspoon per cup. It can be brewed for several infusions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
