Takuya Yokoyama is a wonderful, young tea maker producing teas at Issin-en farm. Issin-en is located in Miyazaki prefecture on the southern Japanese island of Kyushu. The farm is a pioneer of natural farming and has been producing delicious Kamairicha tea without agrochemicals for over 30 years and more recently interesting black and oolong teas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

The greenest of our oolongs with virtually no astringency. Around 10kg of this exceptional tea<\/span> was made by Takuya Yokoyama at Issin-en farm in Miyazaki prefecture using the Takachiho cultivar in Spring 2025. With\u00a0 beautiful green-blue leaf, a creamy, oatmeal like mouth-feel and a pleasing floral aroma<\/p>\n
