The local production is celebrated in an important festival each May. Mohammed Soffi overlooks the Soffi Cooperative which is one of the pioneers in the region for rose production and organic farming. The Soffi Cooperative \u00a0hand pick and hand process their rosebuds and use no artificial fertilisers or pesticides on their plants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Soft and sweet on the palate with a fresh, sappy\u00a0aftertaste and a hint of acidity, this is a perfect afternoon or evening drink.
