A light afternoon blend of high-grown second flush teas from small farms in Darjeeling and Nepal. Aromatic with a dry, sweet taste and a refreshing fruitiness, this is a much more delicate blend than our English Breakfast and works better taken without milk than it does with.

Best brewed with boiled water that has been allowed to cool for a minute and a large teaspoon of tea per cup.
