is one of the rarest teas in the world. Made by only a few families on Hanoi's famed West Lake, it takes an amazing 1500 large pink lotus flowers and incredible dexterity to scent just 1kg of real lotus tea. 

To enjoy its unique aniseed, sarsaparilla like lotus aroma, please use one teaspoon of tea per cup and water that has been cooled for a couple of minutes after boiling.
