Terms and Conditions

Postcard Teas Ltd sells our teas and products subject to the conditions set out on this page. We always hope to provide the best customer service possible and if we do not meet your standards please let us know by email or telephone.

Online Ordering

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days of ordering. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within a week, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or part shipment of your order.

Returns policy

Should any tea you purchase from this site fail to meet your full satisfaction, please return it to us in good condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the tea’s costs. For all non-food items, the items purchased should be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. We are only able to refund the items' cost and not the cost of postage.  You are also responsible for the cost of returning the item and the postage for returning the item is non-refundable.   Customers in the E.U. also have a statutory cooling-off period of 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel an order for whatever reason, please contact us via email or on the phone within 24 hours of receipt of your confirmation email, stating your order number in the email.

Changes to pricing

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and availability information on the website, there may be occasions when these are not up to date and we reserve the right to change them without notice. 

Postage and packaging is calculated according to the weight of the order and the destination. We try to ensure that this is up to date and accurate for every destination but reserve the right to change it if necessary.

Overseas customs, duty and tax

When ordering goods from outside the UK, the customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

Account Management

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Postcard Teas reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

Legal

Postcard Teas will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
